The only big barrel bats we can find with a drop greater than -10 is the coach pitch bats
http://youth-baseball-bats.youth-baseball-equipment.com/big-barrel-youth-baseball-bat-minus-11-11-coach-pitch-big-barrel-baseball-bat/

As players get older (high school) they must use a -3 drop
The idea is to phase them from -10 to -8 -5 etc.
But no ..there is not a big barrel youth baseball bat with a drop greater than -10 unless for coach pitch..8 and under

Drop is the difference between the length and weight of the baseball bat.
Examples A 28 inch 16 oz. bat has a drop of -12
                 A 29 inch 17 oz. bat has a drop of -12
                 A 29 inch 19 oz. bat has a drop of -10
and so on..
P.S High School players must use a bat of at least a -3 drop
An example of this would be a 31 inch 28 oz
